A pet peeve I have is when people overreact to comments or take business related comments personally. Conversely, sometimes I too want to bite people's heads off when they aggravate my pet peeves. So I am really not one to judge.

I work for a government entity, so I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of an over-sensitive diatribe.
